Bryan Fagan is a passionate advocate for Texas families with a lifelong dedication to the legal world. His inspiration stemmed from John Grisham’s “The Pelican Brief,” and it led him to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer, specializing in family law.

Born and raised in Atascocita, a small town in Northeast Houston, Bryan hails from a close-knit family. He is the first lawyer in his family and earned his legal education at South Texas College of Law. During law school, Bryan gained invaluable experience at a family law litigation firm, igniting his passion for family law.

Family plays a central role in Bryan’s life. He balanced his undergraduate studies with caregiving responsibilities for his grandmother, who battled Alzheimer’s. After law school, he married and now has three children: James, Arron, and Emily. Bryan’s personal challenges, including the unexpected loss of his father, strengthened him personally and professionally.

Bryan’s deep appreciation for family influences his innovative, paperless approach to family law, emphasizing high-end service. As a certified member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, he belongs to an elite group of legal professionals dedicated to continuous education.
